The need for download of apps for both Mini and the 'dealer' is unnecessary overhead demanding duplication of data provision which is both unnecessary and a potential source of error and security breach. Single source, single action safe, secure

The facilities at the centre were excellent. Having hot and cold drinks and biscuits available and good WiFi helped pass the time away quickly while waiting. Dawn, one of the service advisors was excellent in explaining everything to me

I have bought four cars from this dealership and they always provide good customer service. They explained how processes and Mini had changed since the last time we bought. They also talk over the switch to electric which was a significant change.
